Aloha and Welcome!
I am an energy / healing facilitator and licensed massage therapist focused on optimizing your health and well-being. Each session is tailored to what we talk about before we begin and to what reveals as the session unfolds.
I say "we" because to me, while you are in charge of your own healing, my intention is to assist with that in the session. We are partners or co-creators, whether it is just you relaxing and allowing yourself to receive, or participating more actively with conscious breathwork, releasing exercises or more.
An energy / healing session may include Reiki, chakra restructuring, hara/intention line repair and realignment, a back balance (using immune-boosting essential oils and energy work to help reduce or manage back pain and other benefits), sound healing (using vibration to release, realign, balance, integrate) or other healing modalities. I graduated from Sacred Path Healing (SPH) School in 2007, became a Certified Sacred Path Healer in 2011 and was a SPH teacher for over eight years (2012-15, 2017-2022). I also offer other types of energy/healing facilitation learned over the past 23 years. I currently offer remote / long-distance sessions only.
In terms of massage therapy, I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2004. I love Lomilomi, Connective Tissue Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Foot Reflexology, Trigger Point and Craniosacral Techniques, Massage for People Living with Cancer and other massage modalities and techniques.

Pono Power
Why is "pono power" in my website name?
Pono has many meanings, among them right, excellence, true condition or nature and goodness. For me, pono power reflects my intention to cultivate and live from and share a pono vibration or Source. There's more to this but that's a start!
